One of the natural anti aging remedies is for you to actually think positive and be happy. You see, if you worry too much, or are a negative thinker, when you look at the mirror, you'll notice a deep frown, a depressed facial expression, etc, that will promote wrinkle development and fine lines development on your face. Part of look younger tips, therefore, is for you to be a positive person, or a cheerful person, so that more endorphins will be released, thereby making you less prone to diseases, skin conditions, and the like. Believe in or not, being happy or positive can slow the aging process.

Always keep your body hydrated
A well hydrated body also brings about younger looking skin. Drinking lots of water is included in the list of anti aging remedies because water flushes out the toxins from the body, which of course makes skin healthier, the body healthier, etc. You should drink from 7 up to 8 glasses of water daily, and reduce the amount of caffeine and soda that you drink. These are look younger tips that really work so you should not disregard them.

Exfoliate your skin and keep it moisturized

Skin exfoliation a few times weekly plus moisturizing your skin daily are also techniques that help slow the aging process. Exfoliating the skin means that you'll be getting rid of the dead skin cells, bringing about fresher and newer skin. Rubbing moisturizers on the skin at least once or twice a day is also recommended if you yearn to have younger looking skin. Moisturizing creams or lotions can keep skin smooth, soft, and 'glowing'.

Always have enough sleep. We are living in a fast paced world where even sleep is not an option because of the demands at work, in school and at home. We have so many things to do that we take for granted the beauty benefits sleeping can give us. Learn how to balance your time so that you can have the right number of hours per sleep - seven to nine hours per night. Sleep early and wake up early to maximize the advantages sleeping can give you.

Munch lots of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are our main sources of vitamins aside from the capsules we are taking. Different colors indicate different vitamin benefits. Make sure you eat green vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and spinach. Also eat carrots, squash, tomatoes and other colored fruits and vegetable in your daily intake.

Always include foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids. These are the good fats that can benefit your skin a lot. These help in blood circulation and keeps your skin plump and youthful looking. You can find omega-3 fatty acids in fish, especially salmon.
